Excellent products and I am very happy with them on the website it said free delivery on orders over a certain amount which my order was but got charged for delivery it didn't give a option to click for free delivery

Mis-information on the value of gift which was supposed to be 100 euros.

My package was delivered at the bottom of our driveway, just thrown by the gate (not in behind it. ) We were expecting machinerybin to the farm that day and luckily my daughter happened to come homecand saw it, otherwise, it would have been driven over. All other couriers drive up the short avenue and leave package on window or beside the post box if there is nobody home.

Order process, follow-up and delivery good. However I ordered Dermalogica products and silly me I was taken in by the offer of 'buy 2 and secure a 22% discount'. I did not do my homework as this offer still worked out more expensive than other suppliers. Shop around, much better value on Dermalogica elsewhere
