Delivery service was bad, one order went missing but was eventually replaced. Order was dropped at a pick up point on the claim that there was no enough information for delivery or attempted delivery fail which was weird

I haven't received the order

2 star, because of the Shipping which rather long - 10 days and is paid for

High quality products, poor customer service, limited payment methods, website is not user friendly.

This is the third time an order takes 8 business days to be delivered when it clearly states 2-4 on the app and is the only reason why we order it online
