No one responds

How can I review the product when I haven’t even received it yet? If I were to rate the product itself, it’s good. However, this time I ordered through the Shop app on the 23rd, and until now I still haven’t received any email confirmation that my order has been shipped. The delay is really disappointing. I don’t think there will be a next time.

Product didn't arrive. There's no notification letting me know.

Took a while to.arrive but there was a bank holiday which can't be helped but ok service other than that
