So far so good I

So far so good I was quick to receive the mold, sent it out the same day as received. It’s been one week so I’m surprised to be asked to do a review since I haven’t received the orthotic yet. But at this this point it’s too early. I’d prefer fewer emails

Too many touches

Here's the thing, this is already the sixth email contact I've received from UpStep, three of which were requests to review when I have not even received any product yet. Reduce the touch points and stop asking for reviews until you deliver a product that can be reviewed.

Asking for review before produce is shipped??

I would hope that Upstep actually sends me another invitation to do this survey after I get and use the actual product!! I think it is so ridiculous that companies ask you to complete a survey immediately after placing and/or receiving the order without allowing you to actually experience the product! I ordered the Upstep insoles one week ago today. It took 5 days to receive the kit to create my foot impressions (I just made the impressions last night.). Online it said once I return the impression kit I will receive the insoles “within a few days.” But after reading the fine print, it says it will take approximately 35 days. So that is a total of 40+days that I will have to wait to start to potentially experience relief from my foot pain and 40+ days before I can actually provide the review that Upstep is so desperate for me to provide!
