How can I possibly write an accurate review when I haven't tried the product yet? You got to do better

My order is traveling around the United States postal system and has not been delivered for weeks. I suggest you never use USPS ever again. They are not reliable and if there is a problem they do not assist in any manner. Plus you should have sent out an additional order immediately. Disappointed with the fact that there is no phone number to discuss issues without having to email back and forth that takes days for responses. Not Happy

The absolute worst purchase and customer service experience I've ever had. Do not purchase from this vendor.

It takes way to long they make it more complicated then it needs to be it's been a month and I still don't have them..

It has been 5 weeks since my foot imprint was received by the Company. This Upstep Company appears to be a total scam. Ugh. Doubt I will ever get my money back.
