The service was quick. Checkout was smooth and easy which added to the convenience. As soon as I submitted my order I received the mold kit in two days. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The video as well was helpful. The only downside was only submitting one photo of a set of shoes for the mold. I have work shoes and regular shoes and it made it difficult to pick.
