Customer service is second to none. Very attentive, prompt and personal replies. They are the best! But I wouldn’t have to deal with them so much if the product was in stock and not backordered from the supplier.

Everything about AcuAtlanta is great except the speed of delivery. The DHL shipping service they use drives my order all over the eastern part of the US before it brings it to me from Atlanta to Jacksonville, Florida. It is beyond common sense.

I love that they have great brands and offer coupons monthly. However shipping is very slow. Also I wish they would send a cart reminder or non payment e mail. I ordered 2 things and somehow I hit the pay by check tab. After 10 days I checked and it showed under my orders that that invoice was not paid so it wasn't shipped. I called and was told that i hit the pay by check tab, I always use PayPal or a card, so I reordered and hoped they would expedite shipping for me but I would have had to pay extra. I felt they should have offered expedited shipping since I am a long time customer. Bottom line if you need something fast, order elsewhere or be prepared to pay for fast shipping because free ship takes 10 to 14 days.

Product was great but thought I purchased the 2 ounce product to travel with and the eight ounce, larger bottle. I only received the 2 ounce. I do wonder if I did something wrong regarding my order. Product is top grade.
