I have ordered a few times from ya'll and been satisfied until this time. I received my bottle of enzymes plus and the plastic bottle was smashed at the top, therefor lid was barely hanging on, seal broken. Shipping was delayed, so I was out of product and have been taking them anyway. I know a person is not suppose to take meds that have broken seals, but I needed the product back in my system. Usually pretty good company and product. I will probably order again. Things happen.

Do not use DHL to ship they are worse than USPS

Your speed of delivery has improved. In the past I have waited several days for the items to ship and, at times, have waited up to 3 weeks. I appreciate the quality of your products. That's why I shop with you.
