I live in Canada and usually order by phone. Super friendly girl, very efficient and fast. (Shay?) The only thing I wish was different is the shipping. Not only do I pay twice (taxes and border cost) but it takes forever to get to me. I order a lot from the US and I never pay border charges with anything. This speeds things up tremendously, of course. DHL is expensive and time consuming. Is there a better way perhaps? Otherwise I would have given you 5 stars. Product is wonderful, no complaints there.Arina
