I routinely order from Acupuncture Atlanta and am satisfied with their customer service, responsiveness, the product I use, speed of delivery, and other aspects. There was an extended period of time when my product was unavailable, but it was apparently unavailable everywhere else, also.
There were also, to my recollection, two instances of one, non-delivery, and one, delayed delivery, and while I was irritated, it turned out that Acupuncture Atlanta was not responsible. The only issue was that when I called the company and complained, the representative seemed to be a bit stressed and curt, but this could well have been due to my aggravation.
was In one instance, the U.S. Postal Service failed to recognize the rural address they had assigned to my farm. In another instance, both Mapquest and Google Maps provided three inaccurate addresses and directions to my farm, the nearest of the three being six miles removed. After I personally corrected these maps, even the USPS is able to find me.
If, from this point forward, there remain no issues within the control of Acupuncture Atlanta, and no further contentious issues with their customer service, I will rate them five stars.
