I’ve been using this wheelchair for about three months now, and honestly, it’s made a bigger difference in my day-to-day life than I expected. One of the things I appreciate most is that it gives me a safe way to practice my walking movements. Little by little, my legs have gotten stronger, and my doctor has noticed that my gait has improved quite a bit. I still have a lot of rehab work ahead of me, but seeing that progress has been incredibly encouraging. Recovery can be a slow process, and there are definitely good days and hard days. But having this chair has given me a little more independence and, more importantly, a sense of hope. I’m really thankful to Achairgo standing wheelchair for being part of this journey. I’m taking things one day at a time, but for the first time in a while, I feel like I can look ahead and believe that things might actually get better.
