missing the anchors and buckles

like it but needs to go 4-5 inches higher

The videos need to be more clear for people to assemble. It would help with some audio.

I am not quite sure why I am having these problems considering all the rave reviews that have been posted online. I am terribly disappointed that customer service has not returned my call on Saturday 02/07/2026—the date I received my shipment. I’ve just called again—twice on 02/09/2026 but no one has picked up the phone. No customer service! I anxiously awaited the arrival of this equipment only to find that all HEX nuts for four wheels did not arrive. I ended up taking a wheel to Lowes Store and held my breath while they searched for bolts that would fit and Voila I was able to install those wheels. Now there is another problem. The wheels turn erratically. They move like an old shopping cart with or without the patient aboard. We have to be pushing and pulling in order to coax the wheels in the desired direction. Were the correct wheels shipped?
