Quality of CP 011 bristles seems to be of a lower quality than previously.

It took EVRI a week to deliver the parcel. Totally unacceptable.

Delighted with the toothbrushes but it stung having to pay an extra NINE EURO in taxes and charges for a Dublin delivery - that should be sorted at source.

I will never order again. They sent an incomplete order, charged me for the full amount, I filed a complaint, no response, no refund. It's unpleasant and a disappointment.
