Delighted with the toothbrushes but it stung having to pay an extra NINE EURO in taxes and charges for a Dublin delivery - that should be sorted at source.

I will never order again. They sent an incomplete order, charged me for the full amount, I filed a complaint, no response, no refund. It's unpleasant and a disappointment.

Products not received after more than 20 days of order being paid for. Very poor service. Not happy at all. Regarding the products, they are excellent as I purchased them before

Wouldn’t ever shop here again. Customer service was absolutely disgraceful when highlighting an issue your met with “sorry to hear about that” no support or anything customs wasn’t included in the order so additional payment of nearly half the price of the order with another company in order to receive your order and colours that were ordered not even an email to say they didn’t have them k was sent completely different colours and for a child with autism that didn’t go down very well for me not even to be prepared when handing the order for the child to open. Absolutely shocking I wouldn’t order here again
