Okay but a lot of hoop jumping

The price of $50 a month isn’t too bad considering I can get free labs and therapy but it feels like a lot of back and forth and extra steps when it comes to having appointments/exams/etc done in order to actually have the benefits available each year for in-person visits stated.

I don't know how good

I don't know how good the service is. When I try to use the card, it gets denied. And I don't know why.

I like it but it has its flaws

I like how inexpensive river health is and the fact that so much is covered under its fee! But I don’t like that a lot of my virtual visits don’t feel like the doctors are actually trying to assess the problem and it seemed like every virtual visit I had the doctor was trying to send me somewhere to do something that would’ve been out of pocket versus covered by my river health plan. And while I’m glad that River Health connects me with a therapy partner. I don’t necessarily think that the therapy partner is all that great. It’s hard to find a good therapist that actually fits my needs on that platform. I also wish that river Health had a doctor network built in so that way I could find my primary care doctor on the platform as well as possibly choose my virtual doctor if possible.
