I still can’t get ahold of a person how this insurance works prescriptions Dr visit blood work

Sometimes hard to talk and get a good answer when sick and in need

You wont let me log in or use it but you keep taking my money

They started charging more and the service got much worse. Chat is now a bot and sends you to email. Email could not comprehend very thorough yet simple questions. Demanded I call them for these simple questions while I was at work. I use this service so that everything can be done via online. Here I am a week later and I still have no way to get my prescription. They have a very kind SMS service for prescriptions but they are a 3rd party. They can’t truly help but have me a river health number to text. I text that, no response. I called the pharmacy myself. They told me that I need to call River health because they never pushed my order through or did an override on payment. I called River health. No one answered. I have been without pills and this is not a one time issue. I have had issues for the past few times I have had a prescription that needs filled. I’m sure a 1 star review will never be published but maybe someone there will see it and actually help me as I have tried every other avenue.
