Easy to use!

All in all River Health is useful -- yet the system has issues more often than you'd expect. Sometimes payment cards are difficult to use properly. Also the switching of providers often is chaotic. Having to repeat your former notes to the new doctor on your virtual visits is frustrating and time wasting. Nevertheless it works out in the end and the necessary care plan is relatively quickly implemented-- so I don't complain.

I'm pleased with my River Health plan. I did experience a delay in having my virtual card activated for Lab work. However. The rectified the situation, had me pay with my card, and I was reimbursed within 24 hours. I like i get unlimited free virtual dr visits. The dr is quick to respond. All and all it's a great company for my health care needs at this time.

I use this mostly to refill my generic prescription, and could probably utilize it much more. I like the simplicity of it. I clearly outlines what's covered and what's not. Its quite fast for getting help for typical illnesses during the year. Its a great option if you dont see the doctor a lot, but still need basic coverage.
