Great providers and it's affordable.

I've had an overall positive experience and this is a great low cost alternative to traditional healthcare. Virtual care is not always available and you do sometimes need to chat with a couple people to resolve issues but everyone has been willing to help.

I love that I can get pretty much anything virtual taken care of for free, including refills. It can be difficult figuring out the process for in person visits, and I’m 95% that I’ve only talked with AI bots the entire time I’ve been using it but for $50 a month I’m not even mad about it.

Is a nice health plan coverage for the basics (3 covered dr appts a yr plus scripts!) but it doesn't get you your specialist coverage or x-rays. I wish more of those things could be included. I also wish contacting customer service was more accessible. Multiple times I've had to leave voicemails which I thought odd for a health plan company. It's a nice supplemental.
