Great Virtual Training

I was initially skeptical of virtual training but it has been great so far! Jennifer is very motivating and makes each session something fun to look forward to! I definitely feel like I'm getting a good burn each session.

Exciting start

Had no idea what to expect. First experience of personal training and no formal fitness training. Mami is great..brief discussion to build on what we had already discussed by text then straight into it. Gently but firmly pushing me and making me want to do it. Looking forward to session 2. I highly recommend Hailee!

Hailee is always patient, kind, informative and encouraging when guiding me along this new fitness journey. I so appreciate that she’s open to my feed back and is willing to adjust exercises when my legs are tired or my back is sore, it really helps this whole exercise experience feel a lot less like I’m in bootcamp and more like a good thing I'm doing for my health and my body.

Welcoming & dedicated

As a middle-aged fitness newbie, the idea of going to a gym or group class was intimidating, but working one-on-one with Kati was so comfortable! She is approachable, relatable, and willing to work with you, regardless of your fitness level and goals. She takes pride in her gym and her craft and it shows. She customized workouts to my abilities and goals to ensure the exercises were safe, yet challenging and productive. She was patient with all of my questions, demonstrated proper forms, and gave me helpful coaching. I look forward to continuing to train with Kati and highly recommend her to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, skilled, and personable trainer.
