As a middle-aged fitness newbie, the idea of going to a gym or group class was intimidating, but working one-on-one with Kati was so comfortable! She is approachable, relatable, and willing to work with you, regardless of your fitness level and goals. She takes pride in her gym and her craft and it shows. She customized workouts to my abilities and goals to ensure the exercises were safe, yet challenging and productive. She was patient with all of my questions, demonstrated proper forms, and gave me helpful coaching. I look forward to continuing to train with Kati and highly recommend her to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, skilled, and personable trainer.
