After years of good experiences with National Allergy, my last purchase was a bad surprise. I had purchased dust mite pillow covers several times over the years, but I forgot the name of the product. The ones I got recently are crunchy and make enough noise to wake me up when I turn over. Also, the new formulation of the Free&Clear conditioner means I can't use it anymore. That said, I will still order other Free&Clear products from Nationalallergy.com in the future.

Had a lot of trouble cancelling an order. Had to go to the Aprilaire company to get it straightened out. Seemed like your customer service was just going through a script without really being interested in resolving anything.

Three tries to get a good enough photo to justify replacing item. No apology for inconvenience until very end of multiple call process. Why not accept my description and fix issue? You spent more $$ and I was increasingly irritated. Neither needed to happen

The product was not as described. It is a terry cloth cover which is a hot fabric. I ended up paying $16 shipping for a $39 product I returned. I don't suggest using this site.

Spray bottle was damaged and the bag it was in was full of the liquid that had spilled out. I paid full price for a half bottle of product, and no spray bottle. I had to go to walmart and buy an empty spray bottle to try and save what was left. What a mess!
