Terrible service. Have used your company for years with great success however, customer service has changed for the worse. I ordered a mattress and box spring cover on August 22, 2019. Still has not been received (today is 9/11/19). When I called customer service they advised they will put in an inquiry with the Carrier and this takes 8 to 10 days. There is nothing they can do but wait. Who wants to wait a month or more to receive your purchase. I ordered the new mattress and box spring the same day and it was delivered in one week. I am very dissatisfied.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service

I ordered my Filters weeks ago. I received a message 2 weeks ago saying they shipped. Still haven't seen them. Called Customer Service. Told me I was the 7th customer with the same complaint. They would get back to me the next business day. Still haven't heard from them
