Item never arrived

Ordered this over a month ago and my item never arrived. Reached out about getting a new product, and they said they would send another one but I still have not received the brush or a shipping confirmation.

Disappointed

I have now purchased three brushes an I can honestly say the first use is fantastic I was over the moon to find brushes that me an my two boys use we all have our own each We are mixed race so the brush we use is paramount. The brush teeth go crooked after each use so a waste of money
