Tangle Teezer

I want a refund. This brush is actually painful to use. Really unpleasant. Wouldn’t recommend.

My order hasn’t reached me and You don’t have any customer service phone number for U.S.A. If I had ordered other store like sephora. Nordstorm, they would have helped and sent me my comb. But you didn’t help me! My money went to trash!!!

Ordered during black friday sale on 30th Nov. This was for part of my daughters xmas and it still hasn't arrived now on the 20th Dec. No communication from the company until I chased the order to be told they were struggling with the BF demand. Not good enough, yes it's a busy time of year but what do you expect? I would maybe be more understanding if I had received communication from them to explain the situation but for me to have to chase is unacceptable. The invoice said it would arrive in the next 2 days at the time of my ordering. So who knows when it will actually turn up but I highly doubt it'll be here in time for xmas.

Placed an order 01/12, by 14/12 it hadn’t been received when it says 2 days for delivery. Sent an email querying delivery status and 2 days later received an email saying order had been shipped but no-one replied to my query just letting me know there had obviously been an issue. Very disappointing.

My 4C tangled hair is still too tightly curled for this tangle teezer. I'm so sad because l was so excited to cut my time down... Unfortunately it's still a great softening conditioner and my finger method to keep my growing mane on my head.
