It wasn’t delivered so can’t rate this product.

I ordered an item that was not marked out of stock and then I had to contact support services to see why I did not receive an email confirming shipment after several days. I received a reply stating the item was out of stock and to choose a different item and reply back to the email. Lo and behold, no response since then. I have even reached out to see if my reply was received. Yet to hear back….

Almost 4 weeks ago I made order but I still haven’t received it. Support team is still investigating. Disappointing experience.

I wish to give 0 starts but its impossible of course. After 3 days I wait for my personalised brush they just return my money back and sent me excuses why I cant get. Terrible experience never order again.

Vos produits sont superbes mais j'ai dû payer 24€ de frais de douane, je trouve que ça fait trop cher de payer ça en plus.
