After about 20mins laying on mat I felt very relaxed and was able to sleep for many hours on my back which I have not been able to do for many years. I have a lot of problems with back pain and I can say I am sleeping better now and taking half of my herbal sleeping pils that I had to take to sleep. I hope the device helps with my back pain?

I am still waiting to feel a true difference in my pain levels but then again I only have used it for one week for my chronic lower back pain. I am very hopeful.The team is very helpful and responsive 👍

I bought the Magic Pro and I'm somewhat disappointed in the knowledge level of the agents I worked with. I'm used to the solid info I get from the Spooky rife customer service people. I don't blame the Miramate folks. I just think they should be more informed. I know there is work being done with audio frequencies and John White said that the original audio files work great with the mat (per the forum) but I haven't been able to get any info on how to access or use the Original files he was referring to. I really did expect more from this product and although I'm using it daily with the spooky youtube files, I expected so much more from such a pricey product.

It was delivered quickly after we put the order in. However, haven't been able to use it. . . not enough proper instructions for someone who has never used one before and is 81 years old. When my daughter returns from Costa Rica, perhaps she can figure it out. I wanted to use it on my ears. . . as I have dermatitis and we thought it might help. Thanks. Glenda Gerrard
