Shipping was quick, product is working fine. However FedEx does not cutom clears for persons and they took a week to decide how to proceded and that cost me an extra USD $200. 00 not really fair had they advised I needed my own customs Agent.

Not happy with my mat as yet

the app, really doesn't work, full of nugs. For the majority of nights the program stops by itself. Browsing in the programs is an adventure, finding the program is arsh, u can find today but not tomorrow. saving in preferite useless starts just one program. I reinstalled and use on two devices. I personally wont renew the subscription 70 USD it too much for a useless app. I can I know if the machine is good when its brain is not working.

I received non-functioning and poorly functioning equipment and it has been a slow and time consuming process to correct my order.

Not really sure if it's helping o think I want to return it
