The ordering process was very easy and the dispatch time was prompt and efficient. I went for the 272 model and am very happy with it. I have only been using it for approximately 6 weeks and am beginning to feel it making a difference already. I will follow up with photos after the recommended 6-8 months period, in which i am very hopeful of noticeable change. The hat is easy to wear and i am very happy with Kiierr and their product.

Amazing customer service and we've ordered multiple products. It's been about a month and the hair conditioner/vitamins are fantastic and we're wearing the cap daily(302 diodes). I did lots of research and am very happy we decided on Kiierr over other companies.

My wife has been using the Kiierr cap for 3 years now with great success…so I finally had to get in on the action starting last year. My hair on top was already mostly gone, so I didn’t think anything could help with that…but I was wrong. Every other evening, once my wife finished her Kiierr hat usage, then I started taking a turn at it. And it DID make a difference, that big bald spot started growing little fuzzies that grew into hairs and definitely helped fill out the top of my head. It helped me keep the little remaining top hair I had left and gave me lots of new ones as well! WooHoo! And it is so easy to use, plop it on every other night while we are watching one of our favorite TV shows, it is done before you know it, easy peasy!

I am happy how quickly kiier replied to my e mail about my failing battery pack. Kiier answered with a solution, which was generous, they were great!
