After noticing the extreme hair loss I was experiencing over a year ago, I researched as many products as I could to help regrow and thicken my hair. I recently contacted Kiierr because my Laser Cap battery failed to hold a charge. They responded immediately and provided steps I could follow to reset and resolve it. Unfortunately that process failed so they sent me a replacement at no charge! They were very helpful, kind and attentive, providing a high level of service throughout. They seemed totally focused on my satisfaction, which was refreshing these days. Bottom line, I was very impressed with the service provided and would highly recommend them as they make and stand behind high quality products. I’ve always enjoyed great results using my Kiierr Laser Cap product and look forward to continuing to use it for years to come!

Easy to use cap which I have been using for about 5 years now, every other day. My hair strands have become thicker and have less shedding. Would recommend, espcially since the scientifical backup. Kiierr has been quick in responding to my questions, as well as finding suitbable solutions / offers.

I purchased my Kiierr helmet about 3 years ago. I was taking finasteride and added the laser helmet to my routine. I believe the two together was the holy grail for me. About 2 months after starting the helmet my hair cut person mentioned that my hair was looking fuller/thicker. My wife agreed. I will say that it has helped keep my hair from falling out further and even kept it a bit fuller over the past 3 years. Not a bad investment. I'd pay much more than this to keep my hair.
