when the helmet I purchased was broken after a few years of use, I was glad I purchased the extended warranty at the time of purchase. Kierr deliverd their warranty promise and sent me a brand new replacement helmet!!!! Evverhough I had to wait for 5 plus months for it to be replaced. It was well worth the wait and I grealy appreciate Kierr to uphold their warranty promise!! I almost lost hope after the long wait but Kierr proved me wrong by eventually delivered a new cap to my door！ For this alone I will give their customer service 5 star plus!!!

Dear Kiieer, I am a 60 year old Chinese man who has a genetic tendency for early baldness. I have been using the LaserCap 272MD for about 1. 5 years now consistently on a alternate day basis. Initially during the first 6 to 9 months, i was not seeing much improvement but it seemed that i was getting more hair loss. See photos from 22 Nov. 2023 to 21 June 2024. But as advised by Kiierr, i persisted in using the cap and eventually, hair started to grow back to normal. Then i added the use of 1% Minoxidil spray every night which further prevented new hairs from being loss and then i discovered that a copper peptide spray when used together further strengthened the health and thickness of my hair. As of 7 May 2025, my hair is now stronger and thicker than 1. 5 years ago, see pictures. But i continue to look for ways to strengthen hair strands even more. My suggestion is to use the Lasercap as one of several treatments if you have a tendency to baldness. Best wishes!
