I ordered my 272 Premier Laser Cap directly through the Kiierr website and it arrived very quickly, excellently packaged, brand new, and in perfect shape! I only received my Cap a couple of weeks ago, so it's a little too soon to expect results yet, but so far customer service has been great! They have responded very quickly to my email inquiries! I also ordered some shampoo, conditioner, and vitamins from the Kiierr site to try those as well. I will post an updated review with photos when I start getting results.
