I've had my Kiierr Cap for a few years now. It is great & really does work. I used it for quite a while but stopped using it when my hair had filled in. Since my hair started thinning a little bit now, i was going to start using my cap again but was having trouble with the cap operating correctly by not staying on very long. I happened to see an Email from Kiierr & opened it. The next day they sent me an email saying they noticed i was checking them out. I responded & told them I had one but was having trouble with mine & had misplaced my instructions. They were so unbelievably kind & so helpful. She emailed me the instructions on how to charge the cap with the cord & power pack & it works now like it should. I had been doing it wrong & thank goodness it was me & not the cap. Needless to say, I printed out her instructions. I will start using my cap again tonight. You can't find another company anywhere or any better than Kiierr. They are so helpful & cares about their customers.

I've been using my Kiierr MD Laser caps for about 3 years. In 2020 I lost almost all my hair due to Talogen Effluvium. I tried Rogain, pills, and another popular companies laser cap. Nothing. I was stuck in a chronic phase of hair loss. Friends would ask if I was having chemo! Then in 2022 I started using the Kiierr Laser Cap along with the Kiierr supplements and shampoo/conditioner. . . my hair started growing back! Slowly but surely. I still am using my cap and my hair isstill growing. . . slowly but surely! Their customer service is also wonderful!

I have really starting to notice baby hair growing on left front side of my forehead. It is clearing working for me although it took long time. I plan to continue using my cap. Thank you for such a great product and great service. Truly appreciate it.
