I bought a few products from Kiierr. I love them all and have had amazing experiences with this company! This cap works! My hair grew so fast and came in thicker. This is a quality cap and the best on the market, backed by science. I highly recommend! I am feeling 10-15 younger, getting my confidence back! Thank you Kiierr!

I have had this product for 1 year. It does make my existing hair grow faster but the jury is out if I am getting NEW follicles. But I still like it for the FAST growth. I know because I color my hair and now I have to color it more frequently (4 weeks instead of 6) because the gray roots show up much sooner! That said, this review is for Kiierr standing behind their warranty. I received help from Steven, Tech Manager. My battery would not charge past 1 bar, which means you are not getting the full strength of the lasers, per the manual (they recommend keeping it charged between 2 - 4 bars). I thought I would have to wait for a new battery to be shipped. Steven responded quickly, and gave me a couple of solutions to try. The first one worked perfectly. And I didn't have to wait long for a response (2 days) so I didn't lose ground on my treatments! Very happy. Tip, just make sure to save your ORDER NUMBER as they confirm your warranty off of that. My warranty is for 2 years from date I received the cap.

This design is superb for numerous reasons. Firstly it is completely portable. Plug in the battery and place it in your pocket and carry on with whatever it is you are doing. The bleep reminds you when you are halfway through the session and the final bleep let's you know when you are done. I love walking around the house with my laser cap under the Kiierr baseball cap. Everyone is intrigued when I enter the living room wearing it. No one has a clue what's going on and I just have this dead pan look on my face like nothing unusual is going on . . . . until someone blurts out. . . . . why is your baseball cap flashing red? I tell the children that I am speaking to someone from another planet and I tell the adults that it is a special infra red ray that helps me to think. . . . . . that I use it for problem solving. They all smile, but with a kind of curiousity. . . . they want to know more. Eventually I tell them what it is really for, but I certainly have fun with it before I do.
