I purchased the Kiierr 312 red therapy cap in April 2025 and received the product in May of 2025. I've been struggling with hair loss for many years due to thyroid issues and menopause/aging. The hair shedding really began to increase so it was time to invest in something to help. After approximately 2 months of consistent use I noticed the shedding had really subsided. Now, entering month 4 I can see and feel new growth! My hairdresser can tell the difference too. I'm excited to continue my journey with the Kiierr 312 cap and can't wait to see what the next few months look like! I would 100% definitely recommend this product.

After several years of use my cap stopped working. Allsion from customer service helped me troubleshoot, suggested a replacement battery pack and because of some logistical/timing issue she was able to get me a free battery pack replacement which solved my problem. THANKS!

I have had thinning hair for about ten years. We found Kiier while looking for hair loss/retention solutions. Since purchasing the “helmet” and using it as recommended by the manufacturer I have, and my husband has noticed, that my hair has stopped thinning and has actually regrown and is fuller and thicker.

Been using the cap for going on 5 years now and it has been great. Helps especially with itchy feeling that is so annoying with hair loss. Hair loss has flattened out since using which is great. Hope to use it for many more years to come.
