A few years ago my hairdresser noticed some hair thinning near my temples. I too had noticed thinning overall likely due to aging. When my hairdresser commented on those areas, I became more concerned and wanted to take action to slow down my hair loss and reverse it if possible. I double checked everything but the battery wouldn't charge so the cap became useless. I emailed Customer Service and explained the problem. Often Customer Service isn't exactly Customer Friendly so I held my breath. Within minutes, Customer Service replied to my email. We emailed numerous times sharing pertinent information. Steven (the Dept Manager) is who I believe I communicated with. CS replied immediately each time! How refreshing and hopeful that was/is to me. He actually seemed intent on taking care of my problem and asap! We've worked out a solution and I'm optimistic that soon I'll be able to use my cap again. In summary, I've been very pleased with my results from using the cap regularly. It works. My hairdresser can now recommend it to her clients as opportunity arises. She sees it works. And as pleased as I am with the effectiveness of the cap, I'm equally impressed with Ziierr's Customer Service. They are totally responsive and helpful. Hello and good afternoon. Just had the privilege of chatting with representative Steven , who was very courteous and informative. Recently my Mother purchased a laser cap for me on Christmas. As she realized how much my hair loss was affecting my self esteem . And that I had become quite frustrated with all my failed attempts at various shampoo's , vitamin supplements, ect . I'm proud to say this has been an amazing experience with most excellent results. I've really noticed a considerable difference. And that my existing hair even feels stronger ! Sadly ,my Mother has since passed on. She was a most incredible and thoughtful soul. . Not just to her children but to all she met . I have the miracle wand and the full silicone mask — both have various settings and colors for specific cell rejuvenating and healing. I was skeptical at first but using the wand at least once a week especially on blemishes and sun spots showed to be real— the mask is all in one and highly recommend the product.

I have used the 272 for several years and was happy with the it. I wanted to upgrade to the newer product so I ordered the 312. I had some problems with it and Kiierr helped me to troubleshoot the entire process. It turned out the cap was defective. I returned it and received a replacement immediately. Throughout this process Kierr was timely and very responsive to my situation. I am now looking forward to using my 312 and seeing improved results in a few weeks.

I highly recommend the Kiierr Laser Cap. I first started using it in 2020 when I noticed a receding hair line and some increased overall hair loss. It does require patience and consistency, after a few months I began to see a reduction in hair loss, followed by regrowth in the front. Over time, the results continued to improve, I am a strong believer in this product, I have been using it now for over 5 years and plan to continue it long term.
