Four years of use with only good experiences
I purchased a Kiierr 272 model in 2022. I had just begun a sudden big downswing in hair density, the kind most men experience somewhere in their 30s. I had already been on minoxidil and anti-dandruff shampoo, but it was no longer enough. My dermatologist suggested finasteride and red light therapy, but I was nervous about the finasteride side effects, especially as we were trying for a child at the time. So instead, I purchased the Kiierr and used it ~3 times a week since then, setting reminder alarms on my phone to be sure I didn't miss a session. Within about 6 weeks of starting, I saw a halt to the increasing hair loss, and then a few weeks later, the beginning of some regrowth. 6 months later, my wife randomly commented that the change was noticeable. So for something totally non-invasive, that was all pretty amazing. I've continued using it plus minoxidil since then and have seen minimal additional hair loss, now into my 40s. I even contacted Kiierr support when the battery died, 4 years in and out of warranty, and they were able to make things right. Overall it's hard to imagine how they could have done things better, either in product or service.
