We ordered drug tests a month ago and they were returned to the company because the wrong address was out on the package. We have been trying to contact them everyday with no response from them. No one answers emails or the CELL phone that does not have a mailbox set up. VERY SUSPECT! We have yet to receive or money back or our drug tests. HORRIBLE CUSOMER SERVICE!!

Test strips were on good for 30 days and nobody would answer the phone or wrong phone numbers listed. Customer service was non existent and unsure how to handle returns.

No one calls back or acknowledges that u contacted them I emailed over 9 times and no response I try calling and none of the numbers work. No one acknowledges me. I want my order 40707 or my money back. I even paid for expedited shipping and didn’t receive my order

Never heard back after numerous emails and voice mails. I do not recommend.

No customer service at all. Tried many of times to reach Chelsea by email and phone and no responses back. Customer service needs a lot of work. Will probably be going with another company moving forward.
