No customer service at all. Tried many of times to reach Chelsea by email and phone and no responses back. Customer service needs a lot of work. Will probably be going with another company moving forward.

Still no contact or delivery from a company that happily took our money.

Terrible - never received package

After two weeks, the results still were not posted. Finally, I called and they said that the results were negative. For everything. And I know for a fact that wasn’t the case.
