Never received results and was never able to get into contact with anyone when I attempted to call several times

Customer service is horrendous. My order was incorrect and no one will email me back. Tried calling and get a message that says voicemail is full each time. Filed a dispute with PayPal since I tried for so long without response. Frustrating that you send out so many emails asking customers to rate you when I can’t even get help on a messed up order.

You did not run any test, just took my money.

I'm being bothered too much. everyday is too much, i have a business to run.
