I’ve only had this for a week, so I don’t think I have had time to see results yet, but I will say this is super easy and convenient. If it turns out to be helpful in any way, I’ll be happy with my purchase.

I'm not sure about this item. I really want it to work to relieve my chronic congestion. I think it does for a very short time. However, it doesn't seem to last long enough to make the time expenditure worth it. If I were to guess at numbers I think it improves congestion about 20-30% but it is back to baseline after 10-15 minutes.
