Product didn't work for me

Still waiting to get results but uts exciting to have hope

I give it three stars because I like the device, but when I placed it in my cart, before I completed my order, there was an option to buy the carrying case. I thought that is a great idea. Why was that not presented as an optional item at the beginning? Anyway, when I tried to add it to my cart, it would not allow me to do it. I had to submit a second order to buy the case. That meant I had to pay additional shipping. That did not make me happy. Another issue that perhaps can be looked at as improvements are made, the device constantly turns on when it's in the case because it does not properly fit the device. Perhaps if the case where constructed to hold the device snug, maybe with a sponge padding inside, it would prevent it from moving around so much and thus turning it on. But, I want to end on a high note and praise. I originally purchased the device to help with sinus migraines. I have since been diagnosed with TMJ Syndrome, which is the root cause of my migraines. (An Orofacial Pain Specialist diagnosed the problem in conjunction with my Neurologist). I now use the device along my jaw line, focusing on the attachments of the masseter and up into the temporalis muscle. It is one of several devices I use to relieve the pain caused by the chronic muscle spasms. So, for that reason I am truly thankful that you created this device. Thank you very much.

I've been using it daily....but not seeing the results expressed in the reviews I've read. Maybe I've seen a little something....so I'm not ready to give up yet. Will keep at it and see what happens.
