I needed some help with my subscription and customer service was quick and helpful. I’ve used the razor for a long time and am a very pleased customer!

A few nights ago I was having a little technical trouble adding to my subscription so I needed to email Billie after hours. I received a very detailed and pleasant response within the next business day. They took the time to update my cart as well instead of just telling me how to. Love that!

My razor handle broke and I wanted to cancel my old subscription to start a new one with a new razor. Billie replaced the handle for me free of charge and I was able to keep my current subscription. They made the process trouble free! Love Billie!
