I thought I had canceled my subscription because Billy canceled my subscription I couldn't find my subscription anywhere I only found one and so I canceled it and I was shipped a shipment saying it was my subscription and it actually made me negative in my bank account cuz I was not expecting that I thought I had canceled it I told him this and they had a refund for me no problem and cancel my subscription within a day didn't get any hassle it was actually a very non anxiety ridden experience. . I love their shave oil so I know I'll be back ♥️
