I am signed up for the monthly delivery of refill blades. I receive an email that they get shipped (and I am charged), yet I don’t receive the blades for almost a MONTH after. I should be charged for the “every 2 month” service instead of monthly! Very poor!

Since you switched delivery providers and no longer have tracking numbers, I haven’t received an order. This has been 2 consecutive order where credit card is billed, I receive email good stuff is on the way, and nothing showed up.

Really not sharper or better than anything.
