Still waiting on Dec product paid for

I was very excited about joining Billie. I am very disappointed with my experience. I expected my subscription to come in a timely manner and I understand delays because of the holidays and COVID-19, but my package said it was shipped 6 weeks ago and I have yet to receive it. I am thoroughly disappointed and considering cancelling.

Still waiting - never receive from my Dec 13th order

My last shipment was suppose to be here in the 5th they still have not arrived today is the 12th.

Halfway through January, still no wipes or blade refills from December
