I have used a sleep appliance made by my dentist for a number of years. It was becoming less effective so I thought I would give ZQuiet a try. It has been great (as reported by my wife)! It is a much more cost effective remedy than replacing the device from my dentist with another custom made one. The ZQuiet device is well made and effective. I have also ordered a pair of ear plugs for my wife as added protection!

This mouthpiece was a little awkward for me at first and a little bit uncomfortable but I followed the directions and I did get used to it and it is working very well! I couldn't be happier about it honestly as I had tried everything and nothing has worked except for this product!
