These really work open up nasal passages creating better air flow = less mouth breathing.

I’ve tried many nosepieces and mouthpieces to combat my snoring so my wife can sleep better, but other than one nosepiece that isn’t made anymore, none have worked as well as this mouthpiece! It also guards against teeth grinding. The only downside is a slightly stiff jaw in the morning, otherwise it’s great with no worries. Breathing is good and my sleep has also improved. The cleaning process is easy with the foam and I’m happy there’s a container to keep the mouthpiece in when not in use.

These guards are so much more comfortable than what I'm used to and my wife says I don't snore!!

I bought this for my husband and it really works. I used to sleep most nights in our guest room but now I'm able to sleep with him through the night. I tired it for a couple nights and since I have a small mouth, it has been difficult to get used to. Will keep trying.
