Mouthpiece is working great, the wife is very happy!!

The mouthpiece has done what I and my wife hoped for. It has reduced the frequency and volume of my snoring by around 80 percent. We're now able to sleep in the same bedroom again. :)

I'm a very light sleeper, meaning that any noise will most likely disturb my getting a good night's sleep. Ever since finding Z Quiet, sleep has been wonderful! Most of the time I put them in about 3 am when i make a bathroom run and they enable me to get my much needed 8 hours.

I am sleeping deeper and getting a better night sleep. I am no longer awakened from my own snoring.

The design helps adjust your airway for better airflow. I no longer snore & sleep better.
