Here’s why there is only 1 star for review 1. Purchased 3 Ginger Clarifying Concentrate, which is being discontinued. I’m less impressed with their newer formulations. 2. Not a single sample thrown in with the purchase? 3. Their “cookies” mean I endlessly see their ads. 4. Overall, less impressed with a company I used to adore.

You lost me as a customer. I cannot use the products if not in tube. Just not accessible for me.

I bought some products last November 16 and today December 6 I continue waiting for them. Naturopathica shipped them from NY to AK with UPS and once here, instead of delivering my package all the way to my house it was sent to a USPS mailroom and there it is sitting, waiting because it's not a priority. Couldn't we agree that this is the time to support our United States Postal Service and deliver door to door instead of door to carrier/carrier to another carrier/package to mailroom/maybe customer's address?

Posted a question in the chat area about which product would most resemble a product that is now being discontinued. I am a long-time customer, and I have not heard back from Naturopathica about which product they would recommend. Not great customer service.

Sub par experience. Was sent rancid product that I threw away without using. I was issued a refund but I will not be purchasing from this company in the future and will me blocking all emails as spam after I leave this final solicited review.
