I ordered 3 products and couldn’t wait to receive. When I did, 2 of the 3 were broken, My aloe cleanser tube was bent in half and popped open at the bottom seam. My lavender honey mist pump did not spray. Dealing with customer service is not getting me anywhere!!! Help.

Unable to receive products shipped on Jun 29th, first time it is missing invoice, 2nd time I was told it is shipped and no tracking number is provided, still in the woods. I live in Canada. Will never buy from this company again.
