I ordered acne skincare. Paid for it. Three days later received an email that my order was canceled. No explanation. After calling , I was told the item was no longer available.

I LOVE these products, but my emails to customer service only warrant an automated response. I can't get anyone to talk to me about my concerns. I spend a lot of money on the products, and I was hours outside of a giveaway that they wouldn't honor. I won't buy again.

Been a customer for years - had two back to back problems with you and no response other than to send what you forgot! Sad day, it cost you more to have to send your “free” offer and it may have cost you a customer! Seems like you don’t care, but you bomb us with your texts and emails for more “offers”

I ordered product over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I reached out to customer service via email and they have not responded. its too bad I have been using this product line for years and now am looking for another line. That just wont take my money.

I never got my product - I got a message saying was undeliverable and a refund. No other information.
