Hard granules found in moisturizing lotion.

I had two bottles of Calendula Essential Hydrating Lotion with SPF sunscreen that I purchased several months ago. Both were being used before the expiration date. Both contained small, hard granules that I can only describe as sand or grit. They were rough and hard and I had to pick them out before use. I contacted Naturopathica about this issue thinking maybe this was a bad batch but I never received any response. My email was completing ignored. Since I use to really like this product, a week or so ago, I purchased a brand new bottle of the same lotion hoping there would be no hard granules. Unfortunately, that was not the case. This brand new purchase also contained small, hard granules. I guess it was not a mistake and the formula has changed and/or the level of quality control is quite lacking. I no longer would recommend this product.

No response from customer service

I reached out to customer service last week after receiving a product that I was concerned about its packaging and have not heard from anyone. I have not used it because I want to make sure it wasn’t opened before delivery. Is this the norm for Naturopathica? I’ve checked my email everyday

I have not received my order

I love your products but trying to get resolution on my missing order has been impossible. I placed an order on November 27 and still have not received it nor have I received any resolution such as a replacement order or a credit. I have tried emails but that has not resulted in a resolution. I have not been able to talk to anyone in customer service either. I am very disappointed in your customer service. Products are great but if I don’t receive my order I cannot use them. I hope for some resolution. Thank You.
