You'd think the first ingredient in this tiny bottle of expensive honey would be honey, but it's not. It's vegetable glycerine. It tastes ok. I can't say I felt any calming effect.

The product is nice but the powder form is difficult to use and mix. I wish at least a serving/dispensing spoon would be included to help with measuring and getting the powder out of the container without making a mess.

I ordered a product from your site, which seamed to be a fairly seamless experience, and the product never arrived. There was no communication about this matter from the company, and when I pointed out that I never received the product (over a month later!), I was indeed immediately informed I’d receive a refund but I was pretty shocked to hear zero acknowledgment of error, apology or explanation. Just odd and unprofessional.
